And The Number Is....

After reading several old posts from 2009 I have decided to start writing weekly weigh in's again. So when you see a post that says "And The Number Is...." You will know it is my weekly weigh in. I did this until I lost 50 pounds and then I stopped. I really thing I need to do it again.

I have to decide on my weigh in day but I will post about it again soon.

I think it's an awesome idea. There is nothing more motivating as knowing so many people are going to be seeing whatever number you put up there. Then you can share the joy of the good numbers, and get encouragement during the rough points. Good Luck :D
