I'm just wanted to let you all know that I am getting ready for a little run today. It has been way to long since I have ran and my body is finally feeling good again. So I figured why not give it a try. I think my back is finally completely healed. I don't toss and turn all night with back pain so that is a good sign.
I will really be surprised if I can make it ten minutes but of course I am shooting for 20! I will update you later today on how I did. Wish me luck!
Then off to a play date with the kids. They are going to be so excited when I tell them. :)
