Mission Accomplished!

My fridge is officially cleaned. If you missed yesterday's post click here to view the pictures of my fridge before I cleaned and organized it. It took a few hours but I cleaned all of the old stuff out, washed the dishes and scrubbed the entire thing down. You would not believe how much food I had to throw away because it was old, outdated or freezer burned. It was sickening. I don't ever want to let it get that bad again. It was hard work but I am so happy that it is done. I feel so much better.

I can't wait to start saving money by keeping my fridge clean!

My mom was famous for cleaning out the refrigerator out just before heading out to the grocery store. Maybe that's why we ate so much soup growing up-the leftovers became soup! LOL!

Just found your blog. I like what you are doing here.

I love Fridge Porn!! Also - to be mentioned - there there is another saving to be made by keeping your fridge and freezer clean... you actually use less power to keep them cold when you can get in and out and the freezer doesn't have to work so hard to keep all frozen! :D

The fridge looks great. My mom always calls the old stuff "cold storage garbage." I always make a resolution that I'm going to keep the frige clean, but after the chicken and milk leak and I have stuffed the leftovers to the back I don't follow through. Maybe if I posted pics of my dirty fridge and I would stick to it! Thanks for the great post.
