I have been thinking about weighing in twice a week and I wanted to find out what everyone else thinks about this.
I have noticed that I seem to get off track in the middle of the week and then when it comes closer to weigh in I really get my butt moving so I don't gain weight for the week. So I thought maybe if I start posting my weight twice a week I will have an easier time staying motivated. I know I have read about not weighing yourself more then once a week because your weight fluctuates so much every day. So I don't know if this is such a great idea.
I would love to hear what all of you think about the subject. I really feel like I need that mid-week motivation and I could really use some advice.
